Basic Invite- Review

Basic Invite- Review

Im super excited about my Blog Feature for today! Have you ever wanted to make invites or cards and just ran out of time, energy or even creativity? I think time has definitely been a big factor for me these days.  I still like to have handmade cards but when the days seem shorter it becomes impossible. Going to the store to buy invites for me, just seems sad. Finding a company that allows complete customization of a card with a LIVE preview is a gem to hold on to. This solves all problems for me. I can still have some control but can have cards ordered and mailed to me...saving a TON of time. I gave the company a test run and ordered some samples so I could share how awesome they are!

If you want to give them a try before you commit to a large order, you can order a sample pack of paper with color swatches for only $2.99. I would HIGHLY suggest this if you are doing wedding invites or something that you want to match. Computers/monitors vary in color and may not look exactly like the printed piece. Plus you can test out the different paper types to find your favorite.

My favorite paper is the Premium Double thick yardstick. I also really like the shimmer!

I ordered a few sample cards just so I could see how the whole thing worked. Everything is customizable. You can change font type, size, position. You can adjust colors all the while you are getting a live preview of what you are changing. Its SUPER easy. And if you don't want to make any changes you can just adjust the info on the card and be done. This is perfect for anyone to have as much or as little input as they want.

Once you get your card exactly they way you want...you can also order a Sample card! So if you are still nervous and want to make sure its perfect...Order the single card before you take the plunge!  There are envelopes included with your order but upgrade options for those if you choose. The best part? They self seal! Wahoo!

Here is a fun sampling of cards I ordered. You might see Lennox in the bunch :)  There is no rhyme or reason to what I ordered I just wanted to test the process and see some of the card styles and shapes. However...If anyone wants to have a BBQ for a baby shower PLEASE ORDER THAT CARD! Its adorable (see below).

Gold foil cards have been very popular more recently and it looks like they have added gold foil options as well. Here is a screenshot of the website homepage which also is showcasing the new Gold Foil cards (adorable!)

So now I can feel less guilty about not "making" Cards. Because technically Im still making them right?  But seriously, give it a test run! Even if its just to order some thank you cards to keep on hand. I know I still love getting cards in the mail don't you?

If you want to order some cards you can use code 15FF51 at checkout to get 15% off your order. It also looked like there may be a few things currently on sale (1st bday invites anyone?)

Hope you guys love it!

Happy Ordering!
