So, I have a 3 year-old toddler grandson, Landon, Lily is 9 months and my son Jordan’s wife, Jenn is expecting and due in July. My husband’s 2 daughters also have little ones. Holly will be 3 on St. Paddy’s Day and Nathan will be 2 this summer. WHY does it always seem to happen that everyone in a family has kids at the same time? It is optimum when you think about it I guess, all the kids/cousins are around the same age and everyone can play together when getting together. And, they can all grow up at the same time too. I guess it reflects back on the fact that everyone in a family usually tends to be at the age to begin starting their families at the same time, makes sense.
I remember when I was pregnant with my son Jordan, my sister was pregnant with my niece Vanessa, and my cousin was pregnant with her son Brandon, AND my best friend was also pregnant during that time. AND, even crazier, all these babies were born within a few weeks of each other.
By July there will be 5 grandchildren, WOW! New babies and little kids from each of our children.
Gotta love being a Gramma, it’s the best!
